What roleALPHA does in your organisation

Within each area it is usually clear what needs doing. It gets unclear in between — where roles, value streams, objectives and risks meet. roleALPHA holds roles, value streams, objectives, risks and responsibilities in one model and makes the dependencies visible.

One model instead of many lists

Roles in one spreadsheet, value streams in the next, risks in a document beside them: as long as the records are separate, every question has to be answered by hand. In roleALPHA they are objects of the same model and linked to each other — open a role and you see the value streams it carries, the competences it assumes, and the risks it answers for.

Changes reach you as drafts, not as surprises

Anyone making a change first creates a draft. How that becomes a valid version is decided by the tenant's approval mode — from a single decision-maker through to consent. Until then the previous version remains in force and the draft is recognisable as one.

AI sees only what you release to it

The assistant works on the model rather than alongside it. Which domains it may see is released by the tenant — without a release it sees nothing. Every call is logged with model, consumption and cost.

Rehearsal room

Hear the announcement before you make it

A reorganisation is coming, the announcement is written. The rehearsal room plays it against the model of your organisation and shows which objections, questions and misunderstandings arise — without simulating a single person.

Governance mining

Finds where the model and reality drift apart.

Governance mining checks whether the model of your organisation is consistent and matches reality. Every finding names its evidence and proposes exactly one action — nothing is changed along the way.

AI agents

From understanding to action — and back

The same model that explains your organisation shows where AI agents pay off and gives them a role. The agents run elsewhere — roleALPHA grounds and logs them.
