Workable by people
Sound familiar?
- An order sits idle because it is unclear who takes the next step.
- The process documentation is a PDF from three years ago. Nobody has read it.
- At one hand-over two teams regularly argue about when something is “done”.
What changes
- 01 Clear hand-overs For every step you can see which role is responsible and whom it hands over to.
- 02 Decisions with criteria Decision points in the flow have a decision-maker and criteria. Nobody has to guess who approves.
- 03 From overview to detail From the company's value chain down to routine tasks — as coarse or as detailed as you need.

Agents know which step they work on
When an AI agent takes on a step, it sees what happens before, what comes after and whom it hands over to. It works inside the flow, not beside it.
The operating system
Part of one model
Every step is connected to the roles that carry it, the risks attached to it and the goals it contributes to.
FAQ
Frequently asked
Is this process mining?
No. roleALPHA describes how work should be done and who is responsible for what. It does not analyse event logs from your systems and makes no statement about cycle times.
Do we need to know BPMN?
No. Workflows are described in everyday language and shown as a map. Nobody needs notation skills.
How detailed do we have to model?
As detailed as is useful to you. Many start with the most important value streams and refine where there is friction.
