Context

Reorgs hit dependencies nobody oversees

Responsibilities fall through, value streams break — and it only shows afterwards.

  1. 01 Invisible dependencies What hangs on a unit or person is not there at a glance.
  2. 02 Impact only afterwards The consequences of a change show too late.
  3. 03 The objections arrive after the announcement How the reorg lands is tested, at best, by a room of people who share one perspective.
  4. 04 No trail Who changed what and when — hard to trace.

Solution

How you plan the reorg with open eyes

See first, then change.

  1. 01 Make dependencies visible You see roles, value streams and objectives on a unit or person at a glance.
  2. 02 Check impact up front Before you change something, see what depends on it — instead of repairing it afterwards.
  3. 03 Rehearse the announcement The rehearsal room plays your intended announcement against a workforce of archetypes and shows objections, recurring questions and the places where nothing lands — with the excerpt, not as a rate.
  4. 04 Rebuild via drafts & approvals The reorg runs as a draft, gets approved, and is fully traceable.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Do we see the consequences of a change up front?

Yes — the dependencies of a role or unit are visible before you change.

Is the reorg traceable?

Every step is a draft with approval and an audit trail.

Can we rebuild step by step?

Yes — changes run as drafts without disturbing the valid version.

Does that mean you simulate our employees?

No. The rehearsal room forms archetypes for at least five people each; smaller groups are never formed and are reported as dropped. Names and personnel records never enter. The result is labelled a hypothesis, states no approval rate and has no effect back on the model.
