Governance mining: where the model and reality drift apart
roleALPHA describes how your organisation is meant to work. Governance mining checks whether the model is consistent and matches reality — deterministically, with evidence, and with exactly one proposed action per finding.
In short: roleALPHA finds contradictions and gaps in the model of your organisation and shows them before they surface in daily work. This post explains how.
roleALPHA describes how your organisation is meant to work. Governance mining answers the second half of the question: whether the model is internally consistent — and whether it matches reality. It finds contradictions, gaps and anomalies, evidences every statement and proposes exactly one action for each.
It establishes, it does not guess
The analyses are deterministic. Every finding names its evidence — and none of them changes anything in your model.
One finding, three decisions
Each finding allows exactly three decisions: acknowledged, accepted for a fixed period, or rejected with a reason. There is no open-ended exception, and nobody can mark a finding as done by hand.
Not just for administrators
What is analysed — and what explicitly is not — is on the record, for works councils and data protection officers. Under “My data” everyone sees what the analyses hold about them.
